When importing measurements into the Dexalytics software, you should be presented with a short preview of the measurements you are about to import. If the text in the preview contains odd characters like in the image below, you may be experiencing character encoding issues. This is a result of exporting the measurement file from an older Windows machine, which saves the file with characters that web browsers cannot handle very well.
To fix the issue, open the file in Excel or a text editor on your computer, save the file, then try your import again. Opening and saving the file should automatically correct any character encoding issues.
